Refund & Returns Policy

At Mevamrit, we take utmost care in sourcing, packaging, and delivering premium quality dry fruits. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Applicability

This policy applies only to retail (B2C) orders placed on our website.
Currently, Mevamrit does not deal in wholesale or bulk orders, hence B2B policies are not applicable.

2. Returns & Exchange

2.1 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Products once sold can only be replaced or exchanged (not returned for cash), provided:
The product received is incorrect
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product is damaged during transit
The product does not match the order confirmation

2.2 Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Request must be raised within 10 working days of delivery
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition
Original packaging, invoice, and any freebies must be returned
Product packaging must be intact and not tampered

2.3 Mandatory Unboxing Video
For any return or exchange request:
A clear unboxing video is mandatory
The video must show:
Sealed package considers
Any visible damage, defect, or mismatch
❌ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted


2.4 Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
Product packaging is opened or tampered
Invoice is missing
Product is used or partially consumed
Claim is raised after the allowed timeframe
Product is purchased under heavy discount or offer (unless damaged)

3. Refund Policy


3.1 Refund Mode
If a refund is approved:
Refund will be processed in the original mode of payment
In case of cash-on-delivery, refund will be made to the customer’s bank account
3.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
Bank processing time may vary depending on your bank
3.3 No Refunds On
Discounted or promotional products (unless defective)
Orders cancelled after dispatch
Products returned without meeting eligibility criteria

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

5. Damaged Products During Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery
Share images and unboxing video clearly showing the damage
